Returns & Exchange

Return Policy:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase. The returned items must be in resalable condition: unworn, unused, unwashed and in the original packaging with all original tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend return shipments be sent with a shipping carrier that offers tracking service such as USPS, UPS, Fedex. Please note: The amount refunded excludes any outbound shipping paid on the original purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected by AllThngs’ Returns Department (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days. Depending on your credit company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are not available for online purchases. If a different size or color is desired, simply return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order for the item(s) you’d like.

Processing & Shipping
Processing:
Once you have placed an order at AllThngs.com you will receive a confirmation email. To cancel an order please email us at holler@allthngs.com. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once it has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Once you have received a tracking number your order will be unable to be cancelled.
Once an order has been fully placed we are unable to switch items or sizes. Please be sure to order the correct sizes, colors, & include the correct shipping and email addresses..
Domestic:
We ship Domestic orders using Fedex and USPS. We offer free shipping on all orders over $100. Ground shipping generally takes around 3-6 days to arrive after being received by the carrier.
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Standard shipments will ship via USPS, FedEx or UPS depending on your location. Orders with shipping addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, APO/FO & U.S. Territories will ship via USPS Priority. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking once your order has shipped.
International:
All orders outside the US will be shipped using FedEx Economy or FedEx Priority. Shipping rates are calculated by FedEx and international flat shipping rate is good for apparel only and under 15 lbs. Whenever shipping rates appear off, please contact us so we may verify for you. Depending on your location and the service selected at checkout, international deliveries may take on average 2 to 12 days. Customers are responsible for eventual duties and taxes before or after receiving the international order(s).
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
All applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We ship your package DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by AllThngs.
Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package, and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.
